Each trip has its own confirmation. You will typically receive separate confirmations by email for each service segment, including return trips. If any confirmation is missing, contact us and we can resend it.
Book as far in advance as you can. Weddings and graduations are often reserved a year ahead, and Saturdays are always the busiest. Early booking gives you the best chance to get the exact vehicle and time you want.
We can create a quote and hold your details in the system, but a vehicle is not reserved until booking is completed with a credit card.
Yes. Wedding and graduation packages require a 50% deposit at the time of reservation. If you need to cancel, the deposit becomes a future-use credit.
For reservations under $500, we keep a card on file and preauthorize one day before service, then charge after completion. For reservations over $500, a 50% deposit is required at booking and the balance is preauthorized the day before service.

A. With the exception of weddings and graduations, only a one-hour segment is required. Unlike many providers in Calgary, we do not require 4, 5, or 6 hours for a rental.
We understand not everyone needs extra-long booking times for their event. We welcome one-hour bookings because we know you will be back for more.
You can book without exact pickup and drop-off details, but please send them as soon as they are available.
Extensions are not always possible because your driver may have another booking. If extra time is possible, overtime charges may apply.
Trips must be pre-booked under Livery and Taxi Commission requirements. We need a scheduled time, but we do our best to be flexible if changes are needed.
We can do split service. Each segment can be up to one hour. If you want to keep the same vehicle the whole time, you can book continuously as well.
We try to keep the same driver when possible, but it is not guaranteed. Drivers may have other commitments, and return service may be fulfilled by a different driver or vehicle of the same type.

For Bluetooth, open your device Bluetooth settings, make sure Bluetooth is on, turn on the limo sound system, then connect when the device appears.

Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of booking to avoid charges. Cancellations after the grace period are charged 50% of the reservation total. Cancellations or new reservations made within 48 hours of pickup are non-refundable.
Your deposit is not lost. Wedding package deposits are moved to future-use credit that can be used later or transferred to a friend or family member.
