These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of https://calgarylimo.ca and the limousine and transportation services provided by Calgary Limo, operated by AMPM Limousine (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using this website, requesting a quote, or booking a service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our Services

We provide chauffeured limousine, sedan, shuttle, and related ground transportation services in and around Calgary, Alberta. The vehicles, categories, and features shown on this website are illustrative. A specific vehicle is not guaranteed until it is confirmed in a booking, and we may substitute a vehicle of equal or greater capacity if the reserved vehicle becomes unavailable for reasons such as mechanical issues or scheduling.

2. Quotes vs. Bookings

A quotation generated or provided through this website is an estimate based on the details you submit. It is not a confirmed reservation or a binding contract.

• Quotes are valid for a limited time and may change if your trip details, timing, or requirements change.
• A booking is confirmed only once we accept your request and issue a confirmation, and once a deposit may be required to confirm a booking.
• We reserve the right to decline any quote request or booking at our discretion.

3. Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete trip details — pickup and drop-off locations, dates, times, passenger count, and any special requirements. Charges may be adjusted, or service may be affected, if the information you provide is incorrect or incomplete.

4. Pricing & Payment

• Prices are quoted in Canadian dollars (CAD) and, unless stated otherwise, are exclusive of applicable taxes and gratuities.
• Rates may vary by vehicle, distance, duration, time of day, date, and demand.
• Additional charges may apply for wait time, extra stops, extended hours, tolls, cleaning, or other services beyond the confirmed booking.
• Payment terms, including any required deposit, will be communicated at the time of booking.

5. Cancellations & Changes

You may request changes to a confirmed booking, subject to availability. Cancellation terms are:

• Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled pickup are eligible for a refund of any deposit, less any non-refundable processing fees.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of pickup, and no-shows, may be charged in full or forfeit the deposit.
• Special events, holidays, and multi-vehicle bookings may carry different cancellation terms, which will be communicated at booking.

6. Passenger Conduct

To keep everyone safe and our vehicles in good condition, passengers agree that:

• Seatbelts must be worn where provided, and passenger capacity limits must not be exceeded;
• Smoking, vaping, and illegal substances are not permitted in our vehicles;
• Alcohol consumption is only permitted where legally allowed and agreed in advance, and never by passengers under the legal drinking age;
• Abusive, unsafe, or unlawful behaviour toward the chauffeur, the vehicle, or other passengers is not tolerated.

Our chauffeurs may refuse or end service, without refund, if a passenger’s conduct is unsafe, unlawful, or endangers the vehicle or others.

7. Damage & Cleaning

You are responsible for damage to the vehicle caused by you or members of your party during your service. Excessive cleaning, damage, or repairs required as a result may be charged to the person or party responsible, in addition to the booking cost.

8. Delays & Circumstances Beyond Our Control

We make reasonable efforts to provide timely service, but we are not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including traffic, weather, road closures, mechanical failure, accidents, or other events. We recommend allowing buffer time for time-sensitive trips such as airport transfers.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AMPM Limousine is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or our services, including missed flights, events, or connections. Our total liability for any claim relating to a booking will not exceed the amount you paid for that booking. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

You are responsible for your personal belongings. We are not responsible for items lost, left behind, or damaged in our vehicles.

10. Website Use & Intellectual Property

The content on this website — including text, images, vehicle photography, logos, and design — is owned by or licensed to AMPM Limousine and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our permission. You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes and not to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to it.

11. Third-Party Services

Our website may use or link to third-party services (such as mapping, quoting/booking, analytics, or payment providers). We are not responsible for the content or practices of those third parties, and their use is subject to their own terms.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when we post the revised version on this page, with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the website or our services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute relating to these Terms or our services will be subject to the courts of Alberta.
